Scratches:
- Deep scratches: maximum 7 cm in length, up to 2 spots on the product
- Medium scratches: 3–5 cm in length, up to 4 spots on the product
- Small scratches: under 3 cm, unlimited possible
These signs of use are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance or durability of the mobility aid.
