Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is not mandatory.
You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or any other clear declaration on our website at support@helavo-mobility.com (Note: If there is a link to a form here, otherwise omit). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation (e.g. by e-mail) of the receipt of such a withdrawal.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
Costs of Return:
- Germany, Austria and the Netherlands: We bear the costs of returning the goods.
- All other countries (e.g. France, Belgium, Italy, Spain): You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return Labels (Additional Information)
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, customers from Germany, Austria and the Netherlands will be provided with free return labels for returns. Please contact our support by e-mail (support@helavo-mobility.com) to request your free return label. The return label will then be provided to you by e-mail. When using this label, the return is free of charge for you.
Customers from all other countries (such as France, Belgium, Italy, Spain etc.) bear the shipping costs for the return to the logistics address mentioned above themselves.
