What does “refurbished” mean?

Our refurbished rollators and wheelchairs are carefully inspected and reconditioned by trained specialists to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards.

Each product undergoes a thorough technical inspection. Damaged or worn components are repaired or replaced as needed, ensuring the product functions technically like new.

This means you receive a fully functional, safe, and ready-to-use product – while also benefiting from a reduced price.

Visual condition

Since refurbished products may have been previously used or returned, minor visual signs of wear and tear may be present. These include, for example, small scratches or visible marks.

These visual imperfections have no impact on the functionality, stability, or safety of the product.

This means:

  • All mechanical parts function perfectly

  • The frame structure is stable and secure

  • Wheels, brakes, and folding mechanisms operate reliably

  • The rollator or wheelchair functions exactly as intended

Possible visual signs of wear and tear

Scratches:

  • Deep scratches: maximum 7 cm in length, up to 2 spots on the product

  • Medium scratches: 3–5 cm in length, up to 4 spots on the product

  • Small scratches: under 3 cm, unlimited possible

These signs of wear are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance or durability of the mobility aid.
